our Christmas event *Raffle* is over now (Live stream has started at 1am UTC+1 and closed at 1:38am)

The list of winners is now released at Event Winners!

It's christmas time again, during this time of faith and family, may the true meaning of Christmas fill you with joy. Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year.

In order to celebrate this happy time with you i will start the following Event:

APB $ raffle starting at 24.December.2015 (Citadel Server)

Deadline for entries will be at 24.December.2015 5pm

Event ends at 26.December.2015 - 8pm UTC+1

How does it work?

Well basically i will chose some customers from my customer list,

there will be 3 winner classes:

Class 1. 1.000.000 APB$

Class 2. 500.000 APB$

Class 3. 200.000 APB$

How do you choose the winners?

I will use Random.org that will help randomising the character names from my customer list, the more your character name stands in this list the better chances you have to get picked.

Then i will pick the first 18 names from the generated list and choose:

10 class 3 winners

5 class 2 winners

3 class 1 winners

total amount of all wins 7.500.000 APB$

The event will be live streamed at our Twitch channel between the 24-26.December.2015

there is no concrete time (due to christmas time) available at the moment but it will be done untill the 26.December.2015.

After the event:

1. You have to look at "Event Winners" (posted at 26.December.2015 - 8pm UTC+1) for your character name.
2. If you had found your name contact me via in game email or /w SailorMoons with:
3. "Hi, i'm *NAME* i had won at the APB$ raffle with *winner class x*" (without quotation marks).
4. You have only 3 days after the event has ended (29.December.2015 8pm UTC+1) to contact me. Otherwise all wins will be void.
5. After i got your message you can put something at the Marketplace (restricted to SailorMoons) that equals the amount of the winner class (for example 1.000.000 APB$ /marketplace tax is included).
6. The left prizes (not retrieved winns) will be added to the next raffles total amount of all wins, so you can even win more next time (if).

By accessing this raffle, you are agreeing to be bound by these raffle Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this raffle.

§1. Event Informing

The event operator informs all potential participants at social districts (only) that this event is about to begin or had begun.

The event operator has to publish the event information at least one time at all available social districts.

The event operator does not inform the potential participants about the event end and/or winners at social districts (and/or other districts).

§2. Privacy Policy

    a. Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect,

use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

• Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
• We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
• We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
• We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.

    b. We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal

information is protected and maintained.

In order to keep all informations of our customers at our data base we will use the Random Sequence Generator of random.org. The generated

numbers will help us to search for the participants place at the original cutomer list.

    c. The participant has to agree that the name of his/her character will stay shown at the winner list that will be posted at: Event Winners.

If you don't want to participate at this event please contact us here, via in game mail or /w SailorMoons.

    d. If a participat doesn't call for his/her prize/s he/she can be removed from the winner list if he/she wants to.

§3. Raffle Procedure

    a. The customer list includes all sold products and character names from the date: 07.06.2015 (older sales are not included).

    b. Only the first 18 names (after heeding §3-d.) will be choosen from the randomised customer list, the winner class that a participant gets is

decided by the event operator.

    c. People with more or expensive stuff bought have priority against other.

    d. Promotional products and products with a worth under 50k are excluded from this raffle.

§4. Win Retrieve

    a. Only the character name that is listed at the Event winner list (released at 26.December.2015 8pm UTC+1) is able to retrieve his/her win.

If you used a character name change since you had bought a product that is in the customer list, you will loose the right to retrieve the win.

Only the character names that are in the list can request the prize/s.

    b. Character names will be checked trough FFbans in order to let us know that all winners are not banned by the anticheat system: FairFight.

    c. If a character name is suspected to be new account after the possible old character name (when FFbans shows nearly identical banned character

names, after searching for the character name listed). The participant will loose the right to access this raffle. The participant this applies has the right to dispute the suspect. Otherwise it will be applied.

    d. All winners that don't call back for retrieving their prize/s until the event end at 29.December.2015 will loose their prize/s

    e. If a participant is multiple times in the new randomised winner list he/she will only retrieve the highest possible winner class chosen

by the event operator.
